Who Should Schedule a Pre-Purchase Inspection?

A pre-purchase inspection is strongly recommended for any buyer purchasing a resale home, regardless of age or appearance. Even well-maintained or recently updated homes can have hidden deficiencies.

While sellers are legally required to disclose known issues, not all conditions are visible, known, or required to be disclosed. A professional inspection helps identify omitted or undiscovered conditions that could impact the value or safety of the property.

What Is Evaluated During the Inspection

Yes. Buyers are encouraged to attend the inspection when possible.

Walking through the property during the inspection allows buyers to:
