My name is Rick Steffen, owner of SMR Inspection Services, LLC. I'm a lifelong native of Western Colorado and have called Rifle home since 1989.
SMR Inspection Services, LLC was started when I saw the need to provide people with a Fast, Accurate, and Trusted Inspection company.
SMR Inspection Services will provide our clients with the answers they need as they make some of the biggest investments of their lives. I treat each inspection as if I was performing the inspection for my personnel investment.
SMR Inspection Services uses the most up-to-date Inspection software. (Spectora) This helps us provide our clients with an easy-to-understand and complete report.
All About Me
I've been married to my wife Robin for 33 yrs. We have one daughter who has blessed me with three beautiful Grandkids.
I've spent my entire career working in Construction, Mining and Agriculture Industries.
35 Years as a General Contractor. Building Residential, Commercial, and Agriculture Projects across the United States.
I've held a Commercial "A" Contractors license for the last 25 years.
